What is your job at the Brüning Group and what do you enjoy most about it?
I am head of Brüning Logistik GmbH, our in-house logistics company. Week after week, I am thrilled and proud of the number of tonnes we move together. Time and again, things happen during the week that require the team to solve.
What should never be missing in your daily work?
My colleagues – you can’t do the job alone. And highlighters 😉 My weekly to-do list needs colour!
What is your favourite motto for difficult situations at work?
”I’ll just take a quick look at the cards, and then we’ll figure it out somehow.”
If you could wake up tomorrow with a new professional skill, what would it be?
A traffic congestion radar would be a cool new feature. This would save our colleagues time on the road and relieve a little stress from the week.
What characterises the Brüning Group for you?
The North German temperament combined with our international outlook is what makes us versatile and spontaneous. ‘Thinking outside the box for the customer’ is our trademark.
