What do you enjoy most about your job?

It’s truly neck and neck!
From a strategic point of view, I love brainstorming with the creative minds in my team. As soon as a new task arises, ideas start bubbling up and we discuss them intensively. This creative exchange and the joint fine-tuning of concepts is a real motivation – whether it’s for advertising material or social media campaigns.
From a creative point of view, I am particularly enthusiastic about event planning. Whether it’s a relaxed after-work event or the inspiring Future Day, I can let my creativity run free and create great experiences.

What has been your funniest experience at work so far?

Phew, that’s a difficult question, because for us the funny moments arise from the sarcastic exchanges between us. The humour and the relaxed atmosphere in the team keep us in a good mood all day long.

Name your work or life motto to make the day your day.

Life is a game. And I’m a very bad loser. Therefore, I want to win the game. Preferably with know-how, of course, but a little luck won’t go amiss either.

If you could wake up tomorrow with a new professional skill, what would it be?

Behavioural psychology in marketing – we marketers could save ourselves a lot of strategic and analytical work if we already knew how our customers and suppliers make decisions and through which channels we can best reach them. If this skill could also be regularly updated, it would be a dream come true.

Which famous person (dead or alive) would you like to be your mentor for a day and why?

Actually, no one. I don’t want to base my lifestyle and decisions on someone else’s life. Of course, using social media makes it hard to avoid comparing yourself to others or learning from them, but to be honest, so far the only thing that has really pushed me forward and motivated me is success based on my own gut instincts.
