Purchasing & Sales

How did you become part of the Brüning Group?

After five years in Paris, I was ready to come back to Germany and just happened to see the job ad by the Brüning Group. The city of Bremen, the job profile, the skills required – everything matched and it was a pretty quick process.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

Communicating with our partners, travelling from country to country for business, achieving goals, and the family spirit that prevails at Brüning. We use various strategies to develop our markets and sectors and to achieve our goals, but also to gain the trust of our partners. These are tasks that I really enjoy. I also have to say that I was welcomed very warmly into the company, which made it really easy for me to settle in.

What should never be missing in your daily work?

Numbers, the fresh wood biomass team, and a cup of coffee at 8 a.m.

If you could travel to the past or future for a day, where would you go and why?

I enjoy the good things in life and accept the setbacks as they come. To be honest, I don’t regret anything from the past, and as for the future, I’ll go wherever fate takes me.

Is there a skill or talent that you have discovered through your work here that you didn’t know about before?

I believe in my abilities, and I work hard every day to improve by making the efforts required. Working at Brüning has allowed me to develop skills that were lying dormant within me, namely negotiation skills, strategic analysis, and communication.
