How did you become part of the Brüning Group?
After a turbulent few months in 2018, my hairdresser told me about the job in November. Another customer of hers who worked at the Brüning Group had mentioned the job to her. I had the job interview with Martina on the same day, was accepted after a short period of time and started working in December.
What is the best thing that has happened to you at the Brüning Group?
The fact that I am always given the chance to further evolve. I started at the reception, then I had the opportunity to support the marketing unit and now I’m the management assistant.
What should never be missing in your daily work?
Having fun doing daily tasks and being in a good mood, chewing gum and non-carbonated water.
If you could wake up tomorrow with a new professional skill, what would it be?
That would have to be the ability to speak every language on earth fluently.
What is your secret tip for successful teamwork?
Good and direct communication is the key to happiness in my opinion!
