Arnd Brüning has repurchased the minority shareholdings in the Brüning Group that were previously held by CIC Capital and PESCA Equity Partners. The company’s shares are thus back in family ownership.
CIC Capital and PESCA Equity Partners have accompanied the Brüning Group as reliable partners since 2019. Arnd Brüning thanks the former shareholders for their constructive cooperation over the past years: “During this time, we received valuable impetus and successfully advanced our development. We now look forward to writing the next chapter in our company’s history. Thanks to our continuous progress in recent years, I am confident that we will continue to achieve strong growth in the future, even without external investors.”
